Snow Time/Birthday Time!!! It’s a Winter Wonderland in Pinetop AZ: Ski and Play

Come help celebrate my birthday, the snow, mountains, pine trees, and new friends up in our very own White Mountains.
Pre-trip mixer: Tuesday January 29 at 6pm. Location to be announced to all confirmed travelers.
You’ll have the option to make this a 2 or 3 night weekend. Arrive on Thursday or Friday and come home Sunday. Caravan will be going up both days. I will lead the Thursday caravan. Only a limited number of spaces available for a Thursday or Friday check in. Get an extra day of snowsports in before the crowds come up for the weekend by joining us Thursday.
This is a great time to head up to Pinetop, Greer, Sunrise Ski Park, and all those wonderful areas in the White Mountains. We will definitely have more snow than last year! There is also a Tubing hill experience at Lake Ono. Right next to Sunrise Ski Park.

I have rented 6 spacious and first rate condos (four 3-bedroom and two 2-bedroom) in a fabulous resort filled with wonderful indoor amenities, gas fireplaces, pine trees, and a 20 person jacuzzi under the stars. The condos may be coed. We will have time to explore on foot, snowshoes, horse-drawn sleigh, cross country skis, snowboard, or downhill skis.
Our resort in Pinetop is conveniently located near the Hondah Casino, dozens of restaurants, and right on the hwy to Sunrise and Greer.
COST:
$115/person for 2 nights (double occupancy)
$149/person for 3 nights (double occupancy)
SINGLE: (no single supplement for queen murphy bed)
$115 extra for 2 nights

DETAILS:
We will carpool and caravan up Thursday or Friday and share travel expenses. Volunteer drivers will be needed and front wheel, all wheel, or 4 wheel drive is recommended. Chains may be in order if you don’t have 4WD or all-wheel drive. 2 or 3 nights in the condo, all taxes, cleaning and fees are included. We will have full-size kitchens to prepare breakfast and snacks, can eat lunch on the trail or the slopes, and I will make reservations for group dinners each night.
DEPOSIT: 50% of trip cost (including any extra for single occupancy) due within 1 week of RSVP
FINAL PAYMENT: Due December 15
If you don’t have a roommate, I can help you find one (but I can’t guarantee success). If you want your own space for no extra cost, there is a queen Murphy bed in the living room you can reserve. It’s very comfortable and in front of the fireplace and tv/dvd!!!

Not included:
Lift tickets, equipment rental, sleigh ride, transportation costs, or meals. I will help with organization and info for these. If we get enough skiers/boarders, I may be able to get a group rate on lift tickets.
