Taos is a beautiful and special place. I’ve been wanting to go for many years, and now is the time!!! I have planned it so we can be there when lift lines are shorter and the restaurants are less crowded.
We arrive on Sunday (either from our Ruidoso weekend or from Tucson), and stay till Thursday. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath condos are right on the mountain so we can ski in and out each day and have amazing views of the slopes and the mountain from our large and plentiful windows, as well as our balcony. Hot tub and steam room on site too! Wood burning fireplaces inside:-)
Each condo will have a choice of a king, queen, twin, bunkbed, or sleeper sofa. 1-3 people per room and 3-6 people per condo. We are not going to overfill any of our accommodations. Start looking for a roommate now or ask to be paired with one if you don’t want a single room or the sleeper sofa.
You will have your choice of a shared or private room, as well as the option to take the sleeper sofa. Your budget and preference will guide you. First to sign up and deposit gets the best selection. We only have 4 condos.
We will have full kitchens for breakfast each day, lunch on the slopes or while you’re out snowshoeing or cross country skiing, and we’ll rendezvous for dinner in a restaurant (I’ll make reservations).
Taos is one of our 3 Mountain Collective Resorts this season so get that pass asap while the price is reasonable. You’ll save some money and get in more skiing for sure! Lake Tahoe is in January featuring Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley. Utah is in March: Snowbird and Alta. Let’s use that pass!
Not everyone will ski each day so there will be time for alternative sports, events, and activities. Plus, we usually have a few non-skiers/boarders in the group. Plenty of snow options to keep us busy.
4WD vehicle is required to drive all the way to the condos. If you don’t have one, the complex offers a free shuttle from the Taos Ski Valley parking lot for you and your luggage to your building.
Non-member guests are welcome. If you recruit a new member who goes on the trip with you/us, you will receive a $50 discount on your trip for each referral.
